Service Agreement: YTL will provide replacement parts free of charge, or at wholesale cost to
the service center. Parts will be shipped direct to the service center. YTL will pay posted hourly
shop rate, in accordance with a reasonable flat rate time guide. All work done in excess of the
flat rate time guide needs to be approved by YTL. Service will be available on all Log Splitters
manufactured by YTL International.

Payment Term: Payments will be made by check or credit card once the repairs are completed
and warranty claims have been approved.

This agreement is not binding and either party may terminate at any time.
